- 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream liqueur

La préparation
- Prepare Chocolate Pudding:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened.
Stir in the Baileys Irish Cream liqueur until well combined. Set aside. - Make Peppermint Whipped Cream:
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and green food coloring (if using) until stiff peaks form.
Transfer the whipped cream mixture to a piping bag fitted with a round tip, if desired, for easier assembly. - Assemble Parfaits:
Spoon a layer of the Baileys chocolate pudding into the bottom of serving glasses or jars.
Pipe or spoon a layer of the peppermint whipped cream on top of the pudding layer.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream on top. - Garnish and Chill:
Garnish each parfait with chocolate shavings and a fresh mint leaf.
