Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sugar. Stir to mix well.
- Simmer: Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Thicken the Sauce: Stir in the cornstarch-water mixture and cook for another minute, or until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
- Finish with Sesame Oil: Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil for an extra layer of flavor.
- Serve: Drizzle over your favorite stir-fries, noodles, or grilled meats for a delicious kick.
