- 1 box (3 oz) grape or berry-flavored Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup vodka
- ½ cup Triple Sec
- Whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- Colored sugar (for rimming)
Instructions
- Prepare the Jello base:
- Dissolve the Jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Allow it to cool slightly (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in ½ cup vodka and ½ cup Triple Sec. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses or small plastic cups.
- Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until fully set.
- Before serving, dip the rim of each shot glass into a bit of simple syrup or water, then coat with colored sugar for a festive touch.
- Add the whipped cream:
- Top each Jello shot with a dollop of whipped cream.
- To make it extra fancy, use a piping bag for the whipped cream and garnish with small edible decorations like sprinkles or candy pieces.
