Ingredients :
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- Shredded mozzarella
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions :
- Cut Pastry : Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into small triangles. Each triangle should be about 4 inches wide at the base.
- Add Toppings : Spread a thin layer of pesto on each triangle, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of the pesto.
- Roll & Shape : Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly to form a mini Christmas tree shape. Pinch the edges to seal and create layers that won’t open during baking.
- Bake : Place the assembled pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Sprinkle & Serve : Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish with freshly grated Parmesan. Serve on a holiday tray and enjoy.
