Instructions
- Prepare the Puff Pastry:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Using a Christmas tree-shaped cookie cutter, cut out as many trees as possible.
- Place half of the pastry trees on the prepared baking sheet.
- Arrange a small piece of brie in the center of each tree, followed by a few thin apple slices and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Top each filled tree with another puff pastry tree. Press the edges gently to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Dust the tartlets with powdered sugar for a snowy effect and garnish with rosemary sprigs to mimic a holiday tree.
