Ingredients

• 2 oz white rum
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 1 oz heavy cream
• 4 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz blue curaçao
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
• Edible pearlescent shimmer powder
• Sugar seashells for decoration

Instructions

1. Combine white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, fresh pineapple juice, blue curaçao, and crushed ice in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
3. Add a pinch of edible pearlescent shimmer powder and blend again briefly to mix.
4. Pour the mixture into a rocks glass.
5. Decorate with sugar seashells.
6. Serve and enjoy
