Ingredients
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 4 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz blue curaçao
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Edible pearlescent shimmer powder
- Sugar seashells for decoration
Instructions
- Combine white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, fresh pineapple juice, blue curaçao, and crushed ice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Add a pinch of edible pearlescent shimmer powder and blend again briefly to mix.
- Pour the mixture into a rocks glass.
- Decorate with sugar seashells.
- Serve and enjoy
