Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Tequila
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 1 Tablespoon Lime juice
- 2 cups White chocolate
- Zest of one orange
- Granulated sugar for the coating
Instructions
- Combine orange zest and cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Warm, but do not boil, for 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips, until melted and smooth.
- Add the orange juice, lime juice and tequila, stirring to mix.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture into an airtight plastic container with a lid and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- After the chocolate mix is soft set, use a small cookie scoop to portion and roll into balls. Gently roll each ball in a dish of granulated sugar, then place onto a lined baking sheet.
- Chill for another hour.
