Ingredients
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, and lemon zest in a bowl.
- Stir in olive oil and vinegar until well blended.
