Sauce Chimichurri-Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, and lemon zest in a bowl.
  2. Stir in olive oil and vinegar until well blended.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
