Ingredients
- For the Crust:
- 25 Mint Oreos
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 ½ tsp unflavored gelatin powder
- 6 tbsp cold water
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup dark cocoa powder
- 1-2 tsp mint extract
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Whipped cream
- Andes mints
- Fresh mint leaves

Instructions
- Crush mint Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill.
- Soften gelatin in cold water, then microwave to dissolve.
- In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Stir in gelatin.
- Divide mixture in two. Add cocoa powder to one half for chocolate, and mint extract and green food coloring to the other.
- Alternate spoonfuls of each mixture onto the crust for the zebra pattern. Chill for 3 hours.
- Garnish with whipped cream, Andes mints, and fresh mint leaves before serving.
