• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Coconut Rum
• 1 oz Blue Curacao
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Cream of Coconut
• 1 oz Club Soda
• Fresh mint leaves for garnish
• Pineapple slice for garnish

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, coconut rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
